This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases and subscriptions made through Galite.

1. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise below.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • If you were charged in error, or a paid feature was not delivered, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
  • Some purchases may be non-refundable where clearly stated at checkout or required by the payment provider.

3. Chargebacks

  • Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
  • Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving service may result in account suspension.

4. How to Request a Refund
